DDR – Key Template Options
This guide outlines the key template options available within the Dynamic Data Replicator (DDR) Template application. It explains how users can create, modify, delete, save, and activate templates, as well as import or export them using the file option. These features enable efficient management and control of replication templates across different DDR processes.
The Template application in Dynamic Data Replicator provides the key controls required to create, maintain, activate, and manage templates used for replication. These options help users build reusable templates, update existing configurations, remove obsolete templates, and manage template files for import or export. DDR Template screen showing the main template management options. Allows users to build a fresh template by defining custom configurations for the required replication process. Enables users to modify an existing template by updating its values, rules, or configuration settings. Provides the option to permanently delete templates that are no longer required. Once a template has been modified or updated, the Save option stores the latest template version. Templates must be activated after creation or modification before they can be used for replication activities. Allows users to upload or download DDR templates for reuse, movement between systems, or controlled template management. Templates can be created in multiple locations within DDR. Users can create templates through the Template menu or directly under the Data Refresh, Object Refresh, or System Refresh options based on their replication requirements.
