The Template application is used to define how DDR should execute a replication run. Instead of building the replication setup manually each time, users can create a reusable template that stores the key replication rules and configuration.
Defines the SAP source and target systems involved in the replication process. Stores the business objects and related tables that need to be replicated. Controls the data selection criteria, such as date range, company code, plant, or object key. Supports data protection by applying scrambling rules to sensitive fields during replication.
