Enterprise Data Insight provides professional support services for Dynamic Data Replicator (DDR), including operational assistance, technical troubleshooting, export and import issue resolution, planning sessions, software improvements, patch delivery, and product maintenance support.

Our support organisation works closely with customers to ensure DDR environments remain operational, stable, controlled, and aligned with customer business and SAP technical requirements.

Support Portal Customers can access support information and guidance through edatainsight.support.
Product Maintenance Active maintenance customers receive DDR software fixes, updates, and improvements under the maintenance agreement.

DDR Support Services

You may contact Enterprise Data Insight via phone, email, or the Enterprise Support Portal regarding any support-related issue associated with DDR procedures, exports, imports, refresh execution, replication processing, runtime behaviour, or software operation.

Enterprise Data Insight provides operational and technical support for DDR customers across implementation, day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and enhancement requests.

Resolution timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue. In some situations, code improvements, optimisation activities, testing, customer approval, or product patches may be required to fully resolve a specific export, import, or runtime issue.

Support Commitment:

Enterprise Data Insight will react within 24 hours after the original contact if our offices are closed or staff members are unavailable to personally address the support request.
Support Scope

Support Scope & Service Reference

DDR support is provided in line with the customer’s active maintenance agreement and the Enterprise Data Insight support terms published on the customer support portal. The support portal should be used as the reference point for current support process, service expectations, customer responsibilities, and maintenance coverage.

The support service is designed to assist customers with DDR software operation, technical investigation, troubleshooting guidance, and product-related issues. The service response confirms that Enterprise Data Insight will acknowledge and begin reviewing the support request. Final resolution may depend on issue complexity, SAP system availability, access provision, customer-side approvals, testing cycles, and whether a code improvement or patch is required.

Important Support Note:

Support response and issue resolution are handled in accordance with the active maintenance agreement and the support information available at edatainsight.support. Some issues may require further technical analysis, customer validation, system access, transport import, or controlled change approval before they can be fully resolved.

All customers with active DDR maintenance agreements receive software updates, repairs, code improvements, and approved product fixes as part of the maintenance contract.

Customers retain full control over whether and when software updates are implemented within their SAP environments.

Enterprise Data Insight may recommend improvements or patches to resolve operational issues, improve performance, enhance stability, or support new DDR functionality.
